The Way We Now Work
One of the things we learnt during Covid is that it isn't actually necessary to keep showrooms open six or seven days a week.
Having showroom viewings and meetings 'by appointment' is a better way of working and beneficial for both our company and prospective clients.
From our point of view there are obvious savings in overheads and for prospective clients, the initial visit can be more informative and combined with expert design advice and detailed discussions around costs, timings and procedures. Furthermore viewings can be arranged for evenings. if required.
On random occasions, you may see the OPEN sign up in the window, this is to indicate that we happen to be at the showroom at that time and the usual appointment isn't required - so if you see that and you're passing, please do feel free to come in for a browse!

BY ROAD TO OUR VIP PARKING
Turn off Falloden Way onto North Way
Immediately turn right by old red phone box
Narrow mews entrance to the right of Cafe Toulous
Turn Right at end of mews (tight gap)
Tomas VIP parking is then directly in front of you.
On leaving you pull straight out back on to Falloden Way (A1)
Alternatively (if traffic allows) you can turn off Falloden Way immediately to the right of the showroom.
Please call ahead if you wish to take advantage of our VIP parking space.
There is also plenty of free parking on nearby roads (Northway) and further along The Market Place.
BY RAIL
The nearest rail station to Tomas Kitchen Living is East Finchley Underground station on the Northern Line. It's a short hop by taxi or a 20-minute walk away - better still, arrange to b collected from East Finchley Tube Station.

The displays are arranged over two floors - including the basement which is laid out as if it were a real living kitchen space. DIRECTIONS BY ROAD
We are located in St Albans and are easy access from any of the main roads into the area. To find us from St Albans Abbey; Follow the A5183 over the River Ver and continue along the road. At the next junction, continue straight across the road onto Chequer Street. Continue along this road until you come to a roundabout and take the first exit onto Catherine Street. You will find Tomas Kitchen Living at the end of the road on your left.
PARKING INFORMATION
Park at Drovers Street NCP which is just a few minutes’ walk away.
If you exit the car park onto Russel Ave, follow onto Upton Ave.
Turn right onto Stapely Road. Follow this onto Etna Road and you will find Tomas Kitchens at the end of this road.

The Tomas Cambridge moved from Cherry Hinton Road to Mercers Row in 2015, when the in-house production was set up. The showroom here is literally under the same roof as the workshops, and the sweet sound of a table saw, or a spindle moulder can often be heard in in place of showroom background muzac!
The displays are exquisite and are laid out across four spaces, each containing a full kitchen display. There are also various freestanding furniture items from THE CASE & TABLE COLLECTION, alongside iconic Erik Buck Stools and various other Danish furniture and lighting pieces from top brands such as Carl Hansen & Son and Louis Poulsen.

DIRECTIONS BY ROAD
We are easy to reach by road and are just a short distance from Cambridge town centre. Heading away from the Grand Arcade in Cambridge centre; Follow Sidney Street before turning right onto Jesus Lane. Continue on this road taking the second exit at the first roundabout onto Maids Causeway and continue.
Take the second exit at the next roundabout onto Newmarket Road where you'll see signs for Mercers Row.
Follow Newmarket Road and turn down Swanns Road, just after the dual carriageway way merges into single carriageway before the railway bridge. At the end of Swanns Road turn left and then we’re next on your right (after Honda).
